A program coordinator will be appointed to manage the averall field level activities of 11 clusters of microcredit program of reputed financial institute of dhaka.
Job Requirements
- Maximum age is 45 years
- Must have motorcycle driving experience and valid license.
- At least 50% of the time must have the mentality to visit outside Dhaka.
- Must have experience working with computers and software.
- Must have good typing speed in Bengali and English.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Job Responsibilities
- Managing the overall activities of disbursement of loans, collection of installments, collection of savings and return of savings of 11 clusters
- Area survey, area determination and execution of work as per plan for branch expansion
- Necessary measures should be taken to control OTR and OD of the cluster
- Preventing financial irregularities, taking necessary measures for staff training
- Making monthly and annual action plans and implementing them
