Finally selected candidates will have to experience one year of probation period with a monthly consociated salary of th.22,000/-. After the successful completion of the probation period they shall be confirmed as “officer” and will be entitled to a monthly gross salary of Tk.33,550/- (as per the regular scale of pay).
