Every year, SSC scholarships are awarded by all educational boards based on SSC results. Education boards make selections for SSC scholarships after reporting the SSC test results. There are eight educational bodies in Bangladesh. These include the Bangladesh Madrasha Education Board, the Dhaka Education Board, the Chittagong Education Board, the Rajshahi Education Board, the Jessore Education Board, the Sylhet Education Board, the Barsial Education Board, the Dinajpur Education Board, and the Comilla Education Board.
SSC Scholarship Result 2023 Date
SSC scholarship results for 2023 will be published for all education boards on the respective education board websites. Normally, it publishes after the SSC exam result. The student who gets the highest mark in the SSC exam in each education board is selected primarily for the SSC scholarship. SSC Exam Results 2023 will be published on September 27, 2023. There are many students who have passed the SSC exam with excellent results. Now they are waiting for the SSC scholarship result for 2023.
The SSC Scholarship has a two-year duration. Students will get the funds after enrolling in college and before the HSC test. According to Bangladeshi government policy, students will be chosen for Secondary School Certificate scholarships in 2023. A stipend will be given according to the following regulations:
- Only Bangladeshi Citizen will get SSC stipends in 2023
- Scholarship 2022 period: only two years
- The stipend will continue to depend on progress of further education
- Selected students will get free education facilities
There will be two types of SSC scholarships awarded: merit scholarships and general scholarships. Students will get 600 (Tk. 600) per year for honor awards and 300 (Tk. 300) per year for ordinary categories. There are two SSC scholarship categories available to scholars: 1. General Grade Scholarship students receive $225 per month (225 taka/month), which is equivalent to $2,700 per year (2,700 taka/year) only, while Talent Pool Scholarship students receive $400 per month (400 taka/month), or 4,800 taka per year (4,800 taka/year).
